Shout out to Dale the technician from Grand prairie. My compressor for my walk in restaurant freezer quit, he was able to troubleshoot the problem with my hubby over the phone who knows just enough about electrical to be considered dangerous. In the end he diagnosed the problem to a failed fan motor which tripped the thermal protection shut off for the compressor . Fair price on an AC unit and timely install. I wasn’t able to be at home when installed but figured because my basement is unfinished they would run all the lines up in the beams. My fault for not stipulating where I’d like the lines placed. My issue is I reached out afterwards to find out about moving them at my cost and after a few emails back and forth and pictures sent of said lines I was ghosted.
