This store is so much better than the one in Prescott . Prescott store personnel have bad attitudes and don’t really know what they are doing.
Wow what a story! You must have deserved what ever happened with your experience at that store, I have been doing business with those guys for 19 years, they are opinionated and very knowledgeable at what they do.
I stopped in to get a couple hundred feet of drip line pipe and 50 or so fittings and very open and honestly asked what the price of 1 roll was because I wanted to shop locally but wasn’t going to spend $50 more dollars than I could get on line. The gentleman that was helping me gave me the price and it was only a $4+tax difference. I thought great I’m more than willing to spend that extra to keep my money here in town so I started stacking stuff on the counter and that’s when things went south.
