ProVita is one of the best gyms in Nashville! I got amazing workouts everyday! The atmosphere is very motivating! If you need a gym to get you to the next level, ProVita is the place to go!!
Best gym in town, salt of the earth coaches that are down to earth and very genuine with great programming.
I’ve tried a few gyms in Nashville. Pro Vita is the best by far. I became a member ~3 years ago when I knew something needed to change. As a former college football player, I loved going to gym, but along the way lost sight of my health. The coaches at Pro Vita have not only helped me get it back—but even surpass some of my lifts from my football days. (Which was 10+ years ago!)
