Awesome, local gym that's fully-equiped, clean and welcoming to all! Tom hooked me up with a temporary pass while I was staying in Germantown during Thanksgiving week and it added some welcomed healthiness to my visit.
Can I give Pro Vita 100 stars? Five isn’t enough. It can be really hard to find a clean gym with great equipment, let alone a space that feels comfortable, friendly, and where women are respected. I’ve been lifting for a couple years and have been in countless gyms across Florida & Nashville but nothing compares to Pro Vita. I can’t recommend it enough!
