I went to Pro Vision in the Maine Mall to ask for help with my husbands glasses.It was an unusual request.I first met Syd who was friendly, kind and professional.She showed them to Tom who had actually helped my husband before.Tom took them and did a fantastic job with my husbands glasses.When I picked them up the whole team was outstanding in customer service.My husband was so proud when he put them on.Thank you to all of you for your passion for your jobs!
Kim at the Maine Mall is AMAZING. Been getting my glasses from her for years and there is nothing she won't or can't do to make things work. She even tracked down a frame for me that had been discontinued. Would give her 10 stars if I could. Thanks, Kim!
Terrible service. Over priced. Rude treatment. Definitely do NOT recommend.
On Saturday they gave me a quote. I came back on Monday and they wouldn't honor it. Told me the price was first $70 higher than quoted, then they lowered it to only $50 higher. Saved about $150 by going over to Lenscrafters.
I was in Maine and stopped in to have my glasses adjusted. The service was great and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place. Great and fast service.
