HORRIBLE customer service. Extremely discriminatory to those with disabilities. Manager is extremely rude and acts like he's better than everyone and has no problem getting in your face, puffing himself up despite this pandemic. so much for 6ft when dealing with him. He clearly doesn't care. DO NOT give this store your business! Go to LensCrafters or a local optician.

Due to our small stores limitations, as well as maintaining COVID-19 protocol, we are requiring all customers to wear a mask. RecommendedThe woman who was working when I arrived to pick up my new glasses took care to assure they were as they were supposed to be. I thanked her and I appreciated her professionalism.
BIG THANKS to Sue at Auburn's Pro Vision. She took a lot of time to get me into frames & lenses I love. I'm disabled by migraine, & it's a huge help to have lightweight frames & lenses that "fit" my brain. The fact that I could do all this at a much lower price than I've paid at Lens Crafters is a bonus, to boot. Another plus: the store doesn't smell! The customer service was great after finding out that there’s a laps in insurance they helped me find the best deal possible for glasses I needed today I ended up buying 2 pair and they were ready in less than an hour
I went to Pro Vision Center for the first time a few weeks ago with my new prescription. They were able to order the very specific frames I wanted and fill the prescription quickly and perfectly. I had a perfect fit when I left the store (a first for me). They were professional, down to earth, and so great to work with! I highly recommend them!

This place screwed up 2 different pairs of glasses on two separate occassions. 3 years ago, they messed up and "got the prescription backwards". They fixed it and the glasses were fine. This time, I've been in there 4 times and had the lenses changed back to my current prescription, (because they convinced me that the doctor messed up and not them), and the glasses still are not right.
