Called Marco this afternoon. Explained that I had a new dryer giving an error code of vent blockage. Advised house was 13 yrs old with no previous vent cleaning. Based on his experience, he immediately suggested a blockage at the vent top. Marco was able to make it within hours and clean out the vent and duct! Marco provided multiple videos of the blockage and debris while cleaning. Marco has exceptional customer service and a really great attitude! I have already recommended Marco to others!
