New gutter protection was installed. During a couple of moderate rain events, we had water cascading over the gutters, pooling up near the foundation causing flooding in a lower level room. Several calls and text messages to James remain UNANSWERED!
Beware... The salesman my girlfriend and I talked with was pushy and rude. We went from services costing $3800 down to a $1,000 in a couple minutes. Koty's whole sales pitch was shady from the start. The amount of phone calls to his manager was laughable. I understand needing to make money, but don't be predatory. Ultimately, we agreed to a basic cleaning, only for them to cancel the next day.

James and his team came out this spring and Inspection, communication, and pricing were excellent!! James was concerned with not only weather but temperature to make sure that quality of the product and job at hand were done correctly. We decided to go with pro valley because of these details! Reached out to have a quote for our annual roof inspections on our commercial property. Never showed up, no call or anything. Poor business ethics, rude when reaching out to find out what is going on and proceeded to hang up on us. Many other reputable companies to work with besides this one.
