Andy Mudd is simply excellent with both our chimney and complicated wood stove, and good company with the beautiful Jojo.
As wood-burning fireplace newbies, we were quite confused about some issues we were having with our new insert. In addition to a cleaning, Andy spent a lot of time helping me understand what we had been doing wrong and what we need to do differently moving forward. I would say he went above and beyond and we will definitely have him back!
