I called and booked an appointment for a chimney sweep one month in advance (good). I received no less than 5 email reminders leading up to the appointment date (good). On the day before the scheduled appointment I got a text message from the ‘owner’ saying he does not service my area and blamed his employee that’s responsible to book appointments (very bad)?? If you decide to try this outfit, I suggest you speak with the ‘owner’ to ensure he does indeed service your area.
Right on time , very friendly service, area was in great shape when finished.
