I highly recommend Pro Turf Lawn Service. They are very professional and quite knowledgeable regarding my lawn, shrubs and trees. The technician is always very friendly and courteous and answers all my questions. The customer service department is always very friendly and helpful and directs my questions to the correct area. With Pro Turf Lawn Service taking care of my lawn, I can say it is one of the nicest looking lawns in the neighborhood.
We have been customers of Pro Turf Lawn Service for the past 3 years. We are extremely happy with their service and would not use anyone else. Imagine my surprise when I searched this company and saw all of the SAME complaints I currently have. I signed up CONTRACT-FREE in the Summer of 2012, got on a treatment schedule that I was told could be cancelled at any time and was stuck with a yard worse off than it was before. I called to cancel and they kept on coming! I called over and over and they continued to spray and leave bills. Horrible Customer Service and my yard is worse than before they started their treatment. I was told I would have to pay $45 every time they treat, which would be every couple of months. They did 2 treatments on the same day in one month then sent me a bill for $145 which was not in my budget. I explained to them that they can only get $45 a month because it was suppose to be every couple of months...They said ok. I am not getting collection calls not once, but twice a day. Absolutely RUDE customer service!!!! They came by my home twice offering a free first-time treatment and I signed up since my yard was in bad shape. After second treatment, I spoke with the lawn man and he said he was only treating for weeds, but my yard has dead spots and I was told that I have to buy grass seeds and water and grow the grass myself. Horrible Customer Service – I purchased a Groupon for weed treatments to my lawn from Pro Turf Lawn last summer. I used the Groupon in its entirety and a representative from Pro Truf called and asked if I wanted a winter treatment. I said no, because the previous treatments did not work.
