Company falsely showed up to my property and applied products. Then tried sending me a bill for these unrequested services. They have now harassed me with calls to the point I am filing complaints and leaving reviews.

Thank you for letting me know about a concern you had with your account. I did listen to the sales call you had with our salesman on 12/05/2022. At that time the customer signed up for 7 lawn applications at $67.00 an application. The customer gave us his address, phone number, email address and also let us know that they have a french drain in the backyard. Agreed to regular service in February of 2018. They show up first week in March, unannounced, and bill me $99 for lawn treatment. Temperatures were still very cold and I disputed my treatment with the "office manager". They would not agree to adjust the service off my account. I agreed to never do business with them and they didn't seem to care. This is all too common place with lawn services and then they sell your delinquent account to a collection agency.
Poor customer service. I left multiple messages for a manager to contact me regarding my account and nobody did, not even after I cancelled because my RING camera has the person just leaving a bill on my door and not treating my yard. This happened to multiple customers in my neighborhood.
Bad business Do not hire. They do terrible work. More weeds now than ever.
So I got a deal at the home show from Pro Turf Lawn & Tree Service. I wanted them to reseed my back yard. The information i was given by their sales person is that they would aerate and verticut then seed. Well what they did was BARELY powerrake and seed. This in turn killed what existing grass i did have, and did not improve the soil AT ALL! as soon as we got rain my yard was like a concrete parking lot! ProTurf has good customer service...but I still have weeds and that is after I have had them back several times......at a charge of $98.00!

I'm very happy with Pro Turf, I've used them for a few years now and havent had any issues yet. They have been informative with their treatments also which I like also. My yard looks really good!
