I had these guys install a grill guard. By the time I got home, it was moving alot. It was hitting my hood.I had chipped paint now. I had to tighten up 9 bolts on it. I never had this problem with 4 wheel concepts in bentonville. These guys did a very poor job. Ill never go back there again.
My wheel fell off while driving because they forgot to tighten the lug nuts. They also didn't tighten bolts holding my front bumper on. The suspension lift had a bolt installed wrong, the washer was bouncing around. The money man behind pro trucks (and bossler) said that a wheel falling off while your driving is only a bump. So I guess they care more about the almighty dollar than there customers.
