I am not satisfied with their work. When they give me the quote, they promised to take care of everything but they left a huge surprise in my backyard. I paid them $3,500 to cut a tree down in my backyard but now I have to pay another crew just to clean up the mess that they have left behind. I contacted them numerous times but they were not helpful at all and said that I have to clean it up myself. Very unprofessional. As you can see in the picture, they dis not deliver the service that they have promised.

This company is also called John's Pro Tree Service (look for matching phone number ending in 5885). Watch out when dealing with anyone from this company. One of the crews was doing some work at my neighbor’s house when they came over and asked if I also needed any work done while they were in the neighborhood. We agreed on a price to have some trees and tree stumps removed, but I had to pay most of it upfront and the remaining when they returned to finish the job. Well, I paid and they never came back. Can’t say enough Great things about our experience with them, workers worked tirelessly till dark to get 2 HUGE trees down.Not a single branch touched my daughters bird aviary or her garden, John got us very rapid service and his crew were pure PRO’s. The name of the company is a perfect fit
