They came, they cut the tree down but were not prepared to remove the big logs and they left them on some freshly laid grass seed even though I informed them of the area. They actually weren't the ones to take the big logs, just so happened to be the week for the city brush pickup in St. Charles. They left the yard a mess. I guess I was expecting a little more clean up. Only being generous with two stars because of price. But like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. 04/16/19
