Called for a quote, Geraldo showed up promptly and beat all prices by a few hundred dollars. They finished all the work ahead of time. I definitely recommend pro tree service.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I wish I would have listened to other reviews about verbal assault and poor customer service. TLDR: After a prompt reply on an estimate request, they didn’t show up twice when expected, then showed up with the wrong equipment. They didn’t send an invoice and accused me of failure to pay. They also said I refused payment (I was not home, and was specifically told in email that I did not need to be).
