The service is top notch. After talking with three other travel agencies in town about setting up a group vacation package, I was about to use expedia and do it all myself. That would have been a big mistake! Fresno Pro Travel knows what their doing and I am so happy I found them. I will rely on them for all fo my travel needs. You can't beat the face to face customer service.

I work across the street from protravel & one day, out of the blue, i decided to go into the office just to inform myself about cruises, well as soon as i entered the office the first person to approach me was Corina Molina, she was super friendly and efficient, i had a million questions and she answered them all.
