They overcharged my mother on one of her 3 trips and of course she paid what the invoice said. I have sent a request for a refund in writing. It's been 2 months without any response from Pro Transport. Meanwhile we have sent payments for the other 2 trips which were correctly billed. Also the bottom half of the bill you keep for your records doesn't show the account number, company name or phone number in which to contact them. Can't help wondering if that's a deliberate attempt to keep you from calling.
Trying to close my mothers trust account but waiting for the refund they owe me! Has taken 3 months! They take your money quick but don't want to give back overpayment! Young drivers were interesting���� Would not recommend.
The techs were great; the ride comfortable BUT - the billing issues are ongoing - they double billed for the trip, and my insurance paid on the the one bill, and, of course, refused on teh second and they are still coming after me for an invalid bill
