Horrible Experience and Breach of Trust I hired Pro Touch to clean my windows for $500. While the cleaning itself was done well, after the team left, my child noticed all of his Nintendo Switch games were missing — about $800 worth. We searched our entire home multiple times over several weeks and confirmed they were gone. It’s deeply disappointing to have something like this happen from a company we trusted to be in our home.
