I was having problems with TurboTax so I went to Protouch tax and accounting services and spoke with Angelina Greene. She was so helpful/ kind and gave me information that I didn’t know. I would recommend her to anybody that needs their taxes done or if they’re having problems with their tax return. I will definitely be going back to her every year.
We have always have a great experience there. Ms. Angie is very sweet and she make you feel like family.
Me and my husband are very disappointed with our experience here and left with unanswered questions after a tax return was filed with the wrong filing status and name. The owner also suggested an SCorp application be put in to change our LLC status but left us completely hanging and said she no longer wanted to do business after we contacted her for help with corrections and a more in depth understanding of the SCorp.
