Pro Touch took care of my parents' pool until their passing. The owner, Mike, was quick to answer my calls and help whenever needed. The billing office is easy to work with. Trevor was our excellent tech. Highly recommended!

Our One Stop Shop! Mike's performance has been exceptional, spanning from minor repairs to entire new system setups. Whenever we've reached out, he's been consistently prompt in answering or returning our calls within a reasonable timeframe. He maintains a consistently open line of communication. Even during more challenging discussions, he remains unfailingly honest and open-minded.

Shaun and Mike did an amazing job inspecting the pool for our upcoming home purchase. They offered Pool school to bring us up to speed on what each aspect of the pool was and how to use it appropriately. I’ve already scheduled the work and can’t wait to work with Mike and Shaun again!

Company Owner (Mike) expected me to work on the day my daughter was born despite him knowing I wasn't able to months in advance. During a family emergency he decided to terminate me instead of understanding. Terrible company to work for if you have a family.
