I have been bringing my cars here for 17 years. The last few visits the technician over-tightened my oil plug causing the plug to strip and leak. I tried working through this because I like to patronize local shops and have for years. Today I arrived at 5:59 to find the "open" sign on and cars in the shop. I was approached by the tech to be told that she was done and wouldn't take any more cars. She told me that I could return tomorrow and then she shut the door on me before I could respond. Always super fast and great service! I always drive across town just to get oil changed here.
Great service. Staff is fast and courteous. They always let me know if there are other issues, but are never pushy about getting things done here. I have used them exclusively for the past 5 years.
