From the very first time I came to Pro Tire, I have been immediately welcomed at the door and no wait time. I have gone in every single time without notice and they get to my vehicle within seconds and help me out with whatever I need to get it fixed asap. They are the most trustworthy and friendliest automotive shop I've ever been too hands down. If you want someone you can trust 110% with your vehicle, go to them. You will never want to go anywhere else to get your vehicle fixed, I guarantee. These guys are the best!
Went to Pro Tire for a vibration in my steering wheel, I was greeted by Rick and his staff the moment I walked in the door. Customer service is second to none! Although the shop was full they got me in and out without having an appointment quicker than I can get an oil change at the dealership WITH an appointment!!! I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else!
Rick & his team are THE BEST! I take both my Jeep and Lexus to them even after moving out to the lake and it’s a lot further to drive. I recently took my Jeep in for regular service & tire rotation / balance, and now it drives better than it ever has. Rick’s level of customer service is unmatched anywhere else in NWA! I won’t go anywhere else!
