Very unprofessional.
Gave me the wrong information over the phone. He wanted to charge my card over the phone, but I've been around long enough to know better. So I drove in and ask him the price in person again. Gave me the wrong number. I said, okay, let's go to the front and order the tires, I'm gonna get here. Okay, he went to the front. Goes to the place order double the price. I walked out. Don't try to run game on me. I've been around way too long to let someone that can barely wipe his behind Get me.
Decent experience
Thank you so much, Pro Tires. They really got us out of a mess. My daughter and I came out of the grocery store to find out that I had a flat tire. What made it so bad was that it was cold and just about 7:00 pm. And snow on the way. All the other tire shops were already shut down for the night. My family would have been stuck. Called Pro Tire, they answered and told me that they had a tire but they were closed and I would have to pay extra for a technician to stay late. One of the technicians stayed.
