Waited in the Chesapeake blvd location for 30 minutes, call them and ask them what time they will open and the guy that answered said I’ll be there in 5 minutes, waited 30 minutes and decided to call again and that’s when the guy told me they were temporarily closed, no signs or nothing on the doors advising the costumers. There where 4 other customers waiting for tires and I told them to follow me and took there business elsewhere
Very unprofessional.
Gave me the wrong information over the phone. He wanted to charge my card over the phone, but I've been around long enough to know better. So I drove in and ask him the price in person again. Gave me the wrong number. I said, okay, let's go to the front and order the tires, I'm gonna get here. Okay, he went to the front. Goes to the place order double the price. I walked out. Don't try to run game on me. I've been around way too long to let someone that can barely wipe his behind Get me.
