As a property manager in the University Park area, I've been working with Pro-TechT on behalf on my client for almost two years now. They are always professional and personable , and are knowledgeable over a wide range of A/V and tech subjects. They respond quickly to any issues that come up, and have generally been very accommodating. Overall I've been very impressed and would recommend anybody needing an A/V service to give them a call.

Pro-Tech provides excellent service and is really responsive whenever there are issues. They are honest and will not up-sell you with equipment or things that you don't need. Highly recommend
We have always had great service with Pro-techT. We have an older home, built in 1932, and they are fantastic at putting new technology into the older architecture. Their service is incredibly responsive. One time, just hours before hosting a party, Sonos updated on its own and messed up our system. They were at our house in an hour and had us back up and running before the party stated.
AV installation and consulting can be a tricky game and frankly there are a lot of varying options. John and his team are as good as it gets. They have done extensive work for my business and home. They operate with trust, integrity and respect. They are the good guys... Onward!
