Inspector said my roof, well, and septic were all newer and fine...turns out he was wrong about all 3..roof needs replacing..approx doesn't drain..and I already had to have a new line ran down to my well...now I get to pay for all These repairs on the house I bought because he said it was all good...I recommend that nobody use this company when buying a house
