Because 0 wasn't an option. They came out 10 times for thousands of dollars in four months. The issues only proceeded to get worse. In five minutes of Google work, I proceeded to fix every issue. They thought it was absurd that I asked that they either warranty their work or not charge me to keep causing me problems. I have a friend who owns a security company that used to work there.
