I broke my thermostat which was very specific. So specific I couldn't buy it from Honeywell but from a Honeywell dealer. I found these guys through Honeywell dealer locator. They were kind enough to send me a link to purchase exactly what I needed from one of their suppliers to avoid middle men and save me a little money. As I type this it's under 20°f outside, you guys are life savers thank you again!!
I have had an account with them for many years had a issue with the alarm.com app and my panel for some reason it was 6 firmware updates behind. I have normally had nothing but great dealings with the staff but the girl i wasb talking to transferred me to a woman who said she was a CEO.
