Robert and his son replaced my 20+ year old, beat up garage doors efficiently and for a reasonable price. They look great and are well sealed. Would definitely recommend working with Pro Tech!
Shows up on time, fast. I got two fair price options depending on what you want. Inspected and serviced my other door while he was here. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Good texter too.
I had a very complicated situation, removing an old door that was walled over, then repairing the opening to get a working garage door installed. Robert with Pro-Tech came to the site multiple times to assess the condition of the garage opening, and make a plan for the installation needs. Excellent service. Robert took the time to help me understand what he was doing - to show me what needed to be replaced (springs, pulleys, and brackets) and why. He had to come out twice, but he only charged a service fee for one visit, and he made a few adjustments that he didn’t charge me for. He also showed me how to do regular maintenance/lubrication to keep the doors running smoothly. Extremely satisfied with Robert’s work!
