Got a small job done unrelated to insurance. Work was fine, but I feel was way overpriced IMO. This outfit had the opportunity to get a lot more business out of me, but missed it, and missed any future opportunities as well. Their communication was absolutely bare minimum to none after I dropped off my RV, even after my proactive phone calls and leaving several voicemails. the staff here are always helpful and super nice. no matter what my problem is they always have a solution.
What a nice bunch of guys. We were in Pahrump, Nv and the breaks on our new 2019 Travel trailer were making an awful noise. Josh & his crew came to our aid and diagnosed the problem in the parking lot. They’re here for the RZR races and didn’t have the parts to fix the problem but they did what they could so we could at least pull the trailer down the road and find a repair shop. After the monster hail storm in the Springs (summer 2018) - our Infinity was just a mess...holes in the roof, broken sky light, busted vent covers, spouts and lights, and the list goes on. We are full timers and actually live in our rig during fall and winter months. We talked to Brennan and she was AMAZING - what great customer service! She was able to fit us in and Josh and the Pro Tech team were able to put our rig back together - better than new! These are good folks.
The best of the best! Helped us out with leak while passing through town as an emergency repair. Did job ever quicker and less expensive than estimated.
We brought in our Carriage 5th wheel to have the drive gear replaced on the kitchen slide out; and all of the staff at Pro Tech, from Brennan to Josh, and especially Mitch went out of their way to fix our problem. The job was very difficult, and much more complicated than we had originally thought; but Mitch refused to be daunted and completed the repairs in an extremely professional manner. Five stars are not enough for them!
