We did an annual tune up again this year, and after the guys left, we had an electrical issue. Mark came out again (on a Saturday), to take a look at it, suggested an electrician he trusted. That electrician came out and fixed it quickly as well. The fact that Mark did not know if the issue was related or not to the AC unit (it wasn't-just a bad outlet), coming out a second time and to refer someone quickly, shocked me on his kindness. Pro-Tech did not honor a warranty for a heat pump installed in my house, and the customer service was very disappointing. I called for service more than two months ago, and was repeatedly strung along--repeatedly told that someone would come "next week". Only after more than 5 calls was I told that, while parts might be under warranty, service would be charged because I was a "new customer" (the previous owner installed the unit), I was not a priority, and it could be $300 just for the site visit and travel alone.
