Very happy with the service this place provided. Very professional with a fast response. Scott was great, and very honest about the necessary repairs needed. Fixed my garage door in less than an hour for a very fair price. Another company recommended I replace my door for something that is deemed a common issue . I am glad to have used this place. Called this morning and they were out this afternoon. Called a couple of other places and they could get out until next week. Technician was a great guy. He did great job. No extra cost, price quoted on the phone was the price charged. They are my go to company next time I need garage door service or installation.

Pro-tech provides the type of service you dream of when needing repair on a garage. Spoke to friendly staff over the phone on a Thursday, the owner of the company (Dave) came out the next day Friday to provide a quote with great insight on what my issue was. He told me that he could have one of his staff members come out to repair my problem on Saturday. The springs broke on my garage door. i had used another competitor in the past and was extremely disappointed, , Pro Tech came out the same day and replaced both springs. Excellent garage door company . They are really nice to talk to also. Family owned company in that you can trust. I will probably buy a new garage door from them soon too. There are some really nice options on their website.
