Used Pro-Tech last summer 2019 when we were new home owner with two very large yellow jacket nests in our eaves. Treatment was very successful. This year we got a reminder for a prophylactic treatment of the house and so far have not had any yellow jacket or wasps establish colonies. In fact we've seen very few yellow jackets at all and have been able to enjoy nightly dinners on our deck, wasp-free.
