Paid 12k for a supposed built trans and other work… trans pan was leaking when I got the truck back. Transmission died after 75k of mild use serviced 3 times no towing. Returned it to protech for a diagnosis.. they wouldn’t stand behind the transmission. When I didn’t pay more money for another rebuild I was given the transmission back in pieces… missing components..

Joe is salt of the earth type of a guy. Called him he responded by see ya in few min. Brought pile of parts even did a Napa run for me. Then said when you done stop by and we can sort it out. Just awesome. What customer service should be like. Shop is great lots of parts in stock and on the shelf.
Had trouble with our diesel sprinter on the way home and we stopped in without an appointment. Tanner kindly and professionally diagnosed the problem and got to work fashioning a hose that when clamped on would get us home. We so appreciated the kindness shown to us and the excellent service.
Truck was in their yard for 11 months to get injectors, injector pump, smarty tuner and a once over. I finally got my truck back after picking it up 2x to use because they werent working on it when they said they would. After the work was done I broke down within 200 miles because none of the hard line fuel lines were secured (2 cracked), was given a crapy tuner (not a smarty) that ran my EGTs hotter than ever before by 300 degrees, truck never made more than 27 lb boost and it made 40 lb when I dropped it off (It was suppos... read more
