Joe and Jesse went above and beyond the call of duty. We were travelling through town on vacation and broke down at the truck stop. Joe was not only very helpful on the phone but he drove personally to our destination and scanned our vehicle. Then towed our truck to his shop and gave us amazing service. Diesel Genius’s - Very talented group of gentlemen. They make you feel right at home, highly recommend!!!
We broke down 3 miles east of their shop on I-94, they came out and towed us in and had us up and going again in 4hrs. They even gave us a loaner vehicle for the mean time. Great guys and great service. I would recommend pro tech to anyone that breaks down in the area!!
Had work done 4 yrs ago. Had to trailer my truck back to their shop due to substandard work. Paid $16 000 cash for.. If I wasn't on disability with stage 4 cancer, I'd have sued these people. My truck leaks more fuel now than it burns. They have never had any interest in resolving this. Good luck with whatever you think they'll be doing for your ride.. Just don't dump your cash until they prove their value. Perhaps I'll find a compassionate lawyer that will help.
