Very knowledgeable, professional, techs and very friendly, family oriented, staff. Owner personaly showed me the problem. And tech knew the problem from first call, before seeing my truck. This place is amazing
We were travelling through Glendive for a family vacation. Ended up having transmission problems late Friday. They were able to get us in first thing Monday morning. Had a new transmission fully installed by the end of the day. Great service from these guys. Got back and finished our vacation after an unplanned weekend stop here. Guys in the shop were super friendly. Would highly recommend!
Paid 12k for a supposed built trans and other work… trans pan was leaking when I got the truck back. Transmission died after 75k of mild use serviced 3 times no towing. Returned it to protech for a diagnosis.. they wouldn’t stand behind the transmission. When I didn’t pay more money for another rebuild I was given the transmission back in pieces… missing components..
