Took my laptop in to get a fan replace, because it was over heating and shutting off. Pro-tech "replaced" the fan and monitored for the over heating, with no problems. I got my laptop back and continued having the same exact problems, nothing was resolved and I was out $45.
Pro-Tech has been excellent with our company server maintenance as well as my home networking. Very fast and profesional service. I would highly recommend these guys for any computer challenges. Mel
