Truely amazing company, from scheduling my appointments to the guys to the work! If there were 10 stars thats what I would give them! I waisted so much time on other fly by night companies who were extremely rude especially once I told them I had to think about it, While Pro-Tech actually encouraged me to get other estimates, he didnt know that I already did and he was the last one to come out as they are extremely busy and to my knowledge is the biggest company in NJ. We received outstanding service from the owners Son Joe and his assistant. They came promptly to inspect our system when we learned that we had lost our chimney cap. They did the 12 point inspection and made us aware of other problems with our chimney of which we were totally unaware. They even were nice enough to take pics up from the roof as they took after pics also as I thought that was totally cool of them as we never even thought to ask that. I was delighted with the professionalism and expertise shown by Joe at Pro-Tech. They arrived on time, and gave an honest appraisal of the work that needed to be done. As we'd expected, we needed the chimney cap replaced and the flue cleaned. They did an excellent job. The basement area around the furnace was left very clean, and they used a high quality cap that will not need replacing again! I was impressed with their work ethic, and would highly recommend them.

Everything you want in a chimney service. Showed up on time, cleaned up after they were done, and answered all my questions during the service. I had other very high estimates on the same work. Pro techs competition was trying to sell me a flue sleeve that I did not need and would NOT guarantee that was they were doing was going to fix my problem of a severe back draft of the wood burning fireplace. I am extremely happy with the work and professionalism of Joe from pro tech. My fire place is working just fine now and he guarantees the work.
