We will not be using this shop again. They lost their head mechanic and the tech working there now misdiagnosed the issue with our van. We were quoted $392, and paid $587. They did not replace parts they claimed to replace and did not even complete the misdiagnosed job. We have been a loyal customer for 3 years, referring half a dozen people. We will no longer refer or return.
