Can I leave a zero star? I had an appointment with A service tech for a warranty issue with a latch that was loose/moving around. The appointment was for Thursday and was told that the service tech called out sick and therefore he would be very busy on Friday so would have to push me til Monday. Can not understand the poor rating. Jesse our tech was extremely knowledgeable, progressional and did an excellent job. Throricing forparts and labor are very fair.
Pro Tech was scheduled to come out and inspect a gas leak on my oven through my warranty with GE appliances. (Home built in November) After inspecting, the driver backed out of my driveway and went into my yard causing him to completely run over my hydrangeas that I just purchased and planted in the ground. I let him know this happened and he was very sorry but said “they can’t be killed” and they would be able to be “pruned”.
