Pro tech comes same day & makes it right
2 techs came out to repair my AC unit. Seems knowledgeable, however after seeming figuring out the issues, repalced the capacitor, jump starter and cleaned the compressor unit....my ac still was not cooling. The indoor thermostat did not go below 82 degres. After paying so much for a service, with supposed knowledgeable service men I was very frustrated. Michael is great. They did a great job resolving our issues with the AC. He went above and beyond. Great guys and great team.
Oh, my goodness! We had a two day replacement of our air conditioner/heating vents. The men were amazing! They worked quickly and after the first day when all the old stuff had been taken out, they picked up a broom and swept the hallways where they had been. Then, today, two men came back and installed all the new ductwork, and they were out by 11 AM. All the men were very pleasant and diligent. I don’t know if I could ever have gotten a better experience.
