Erik and Pro-Tech did a good job. Erik was able to locate the problem with the A/C and it was just a clogged pipe. He did extensive testing on the rest of the unit as part of the service call. As a result of Erik not trying to upsell I decided to join Pro-Tech's maintenance plan.

They helped me on the weekend, after hours, and on their day off! i cannot express my gratitude enough. Highly recommend them!!
