Went to ask a question on a product that was put on from their facility. The individual was rude and blowing smoke into my face. When I asked if I tow the vehicle in and it turns out it was your mess up will you pay for the tow. He flat out said no and blew smoke at me and got very agitated.

I had an appointment at 1030am so I towed my car to the business. I got there after work around 430pm to pick up my vehicle and it had not even been looked at. The man and woman at the front desk seemed to be irritated with me that they didn’t know they had an appointment. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Do NOT recommend.
Terrible customer service! They never answer the phone and their techs are always on vacation. The guy at the front desk clapped and said you need to shut up! The lady also has a terrible attitude. I would take your vehicle to Audio tech!!
