Great friendly service! Our septic alarm went off midday and this company was able to walk us through checking a couple things over the phone. It didn’t resolve the issue so they came out first thing the next morning & quickly identified and resolved the problem. We recommend this company & plan to use them again in the future.
Our septic alarm went off last night. Called Pro-Tec this morning and they came out to pump our tanks within the hour. Also was able to diagnose the reason for alarm which was the Pump. Came with parts same day and complex the work quickly. Very professional, fast and reasonable cost. First tech even showed us how to clean out the filter that is supposed to be done every 6 months. Explained to us in detail what to do to keep our system running for many years to come. I highly recommend them.
