We had a great experience with PRO-TEC Plumbing today. They were responsive, personally answering my call and had someone out within two hours. Jamie V handled the diagnostic and repair and was excellent — professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain everything, which my father & I really appreciated. Everyone was great! Jordan came out and went through the process for replacing my hot water heater that was leaking. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Javier came out the next day and removed the old heater and installed new one quickly and explained everything in detail about the plumbing and how the job entailed. Very happy with the entire process and how quickly the job was done!

I can't say enough great things about Pro-Tec ! We had an urgent issue and they sent a technician out on a Sunday — which already impressed us — but what really stood out was the quality of service we received. Chris, sales person, was very informative about what we would need. He explained what was the best to what would be the least expensive on a new ac unit. Very professional and listen as well advisement on what he would recommend. In 3 days we are having a new unit in place. I had their water heater check up per the service agreement, They drained and flushed the water heater, they checked all my other faucets inside and out and also checked my toilets. Found some minor issues that were fixed at no charge. Found a major issue with an outside faucet. Gave me an estimate and fixed it quickly. I also received a bid on a new toilet, and it was very price-competitive. I would use them again.
