We had Pro-Tec come out for an after hours emergency call which was a great experience. Then we had our maintenance visit today with Ramluis and WOW! What a great experience and the thoroughness of my maintenance was phenomenal! I could not recommend Pro-Tec and Ramluis enough

The experience of water heater replacement went quite smoothly with this company. Becky and Blaine collaborated to come up with a reasonable cost and Adam completed a timely, efficient, and expert installation. Satisfied customer.

Very polite, respectful, competent person. Talked to me / us, not AT us, like most do. To be the most at ease with everything, I would have preferred to been invited to watch the gages being connected, to see the original readings. Needing a pound of refrigerant, and no leaks was a bit concerning, but hey, could have been more and I wouldn't have known. The unit has over 2 years left on its 10 year warranty, but these guys aren't authorized dealers, so I'll have to go somewhere else, if the system fails before then. ... read more

He arrived promptly at appointed hour and immediately explained their process and what to expect. He and his partner brought in their equipment careful of our furniture and moving whatever necessary. The process took about 2 hours and I am very pleased with the results. There is something reassuring about having this done especially in this climate. I highly recommend.
