First time using Pro-Tec. Very responsive and thorough. Owen has followed up twice now.... that's rare in anyone these days. If they continue this level of service, I won't have to change to my fourth plumbing vendor in 2 years! Tony S.

Our Pro-Tec technician, Ozzie, was the best! He was very polite knowledgeable, and patiently answered all questions. He excavated and repaired our water line then replaced the dirt and cleaned up the work area. He made eight condo owners very happy again in less than two hours!
