Owen did a fantastic job of reviewing our plumbing needs and explaining the choices for resolutions. He is very knowledgeable and gave very thorough descriptions of work that he recommends for our 25 yr old condo. We appreciate his expertise and look forward to working with him on the repairs. He repaired the toilet on this trip. Thanks

Had whole AC system replaced recently. Work was performed expertly and The job was left clean and working well. Following the installation, Pro Tech came to make a couple of adjustments which were also performed in a very timely manner. I never have a problem getting a service appointment, even during night hours. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

They came to confirm the leak in the downstairs unit was coming from my guest bathroom. Johnny replaced the wax ring for $423. Which I though was on the high end. But he was very professional and did a good job. Gave 4 vs 5 stars as I thought the price was high.

This is the best company. They have done several products in my home and at the barn I used to run. Timely, honest, fair. The owner is a huge family man and advocate of animals which makes them even more of a favorite in my book. If you want reliable service with no sticker shock and upselling then what are you waiting for?
