Purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher (with installation by ***** rep.) on Jan. 13, 2023 from ***** online. Wish I could give no stars. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Got charged $150.00 for them to spend less than 5 minutes to tell us that they are not authorized to fix my frig. When I called to ask about it, manager didn't even allow me to explain my concern, cut me off, really wasn't interested in what I had to say. Was rude from the first second we spoke. I own an expensive LG Refrigerator and filed a warranty issue with LG for a faulty compressor. The compressor was under warranty and LG set up Pro-Tec to replace the compressor. Pro-Tec came out to our home and the tech agreed that the compressor was not working correctly but instead of simply replacing it as LG was already aware and authorized, the tech's boss Jason simply told him to refill the coolant and for us to "monitor it". I have them for replacing on GE dishwasher under the warranty.Mike is very nice and very professional. Just as he said when he called ahead and arrived on time. First visit , he ordered the parts right away after he found out the problem. It is easy and convenient to make an appointment when the parts arrived. Mike repaired quickly and easily when the parts arrived .I would definitely use his services again.Highly recommend him to anyone with their electronics problems

We responded to a service call to replace a door for this customer. The customer stated she saw a dent in the door when the technician was going to install it. Neither the technician onsite nor the customer's son was able to see the dent she was speaking of. We took every possible action, even FaceTimed with our GM to see if he could see the dent prior to installing. No one else was able to see the dent in question. Bought a new Ge washer and having nothing but issues with it and consumer relations will not help me they said that protech had to come out. Gentleman came out looked over every code found nothing. Tells me that these are built in Europe and that it needs to be on deep fill to keep clothes from agitating on one side to keep it from going off balance. This is a very common complaint with any energy star rated washer due to most minimal water allowed to wash clothes that is the reason for deep fill rinse to satisfy customers that want more water. no error codes stored in unit combined with complaint of clothes to one side per GE the only thing that causes that symptom is customer under loading machine or not washing like materials in same load both are considered customer education and customer misuse again all following GE specific directions and all of this info is also ... read more
