Love me some Pro-Tec! The guys are fantastic! They don't talk down to me and I have had great experience in having them service my complicated vehicle. It's an Audi = $! The guys are straight with me and cost me considerably less than the dealership. If I need they tell me, if I don't - they tell me! Plus, everyone is friendly and my wait time has never been ridiculous. Seems to be within the norm.
I was from out of town, they got my truck in, fixed it, got me on the road. I like that a woman is in a business such as a garage. It makes other women feel a lot more comfortable to be in a garage. Thanks for the help.

I recently had my car repaired at Pro-Tec on Harvey Rd. The technician took the time to explain the repair that was needed. He allowed me to look under my car and actually showed me the damaged parts. They gave me a ride back to work and picked me up when my car was ready. The price was very reasonable, everyone was extremely friendly and I will definetly use them again for future repairs.
