I went there last week for oil change and he got it done in 20 mins and explained what else needs to be done! The guy is super nice and explains well and what you need!

worst owner and service, he is cheater. he is middle east guy it seems. oh gash, he fixed my car today with cheating, he broke the part him self and said its broken that's why its no working , so the part cost is 500 buks. hmm, 2 days ago it was good. he did cut the wire....too. they are doing cheating , please do not go there. they make $20 work to $400 ....oh my gash. I will let know to consumer farm. owner is lier, lier.....

BIG PUCKER pro super lube(plano, k avenue, tx) is "BIG PUCKER", A/C power plug was loosen, a/c not working. so I took my car to him then after 1 hour diagnosis he came to me and said compressor gone, It cost is $800 including labor. if not fix, need to pay $150. he said first diagnosis is free, then he argued with me made me stuck there. I went there couple of times, they seem to be very nice and helpful. the first time i went there i asked how much would they charge labor on changing my water pump on my Tahoe because i was providing the part. I thought that i would save my self some money, but they told me that they cold get me the part and charge me labor for much more cheaper than i thought. other places tried to rip me off, they are very helpful and got very decent prices.

Lousy Service I have used them in the past for oil changes, price is right with coupons. Last time I was there I was told the brake fluid needed to be flushed, it did need the service. He said the brakes were at 45% I told the guy I would be back. When I went back I was informed that the brakes were at 15% and they should be done. I was told they had that much more wear was because the brake fluid was bad. He also claimed to have the lowest price in town for brakes. I went in for a brake fluid flush. I had an oil change about to weeks ago. It was pointed out to me that the brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. When I went back in to have the fluid service done I was told that the brakes went from 40% life to 10% life.I had them do a brake job on the front axle because the price was really good. When I went to pay I handed the person a coupon. They would not accept it because they installed full ceramic pads. The coupon states on premium parts and labor. I agree with one review... read more
