Wonderful staff, hard working and dedicated! I would recommend to anyone! My son has had PT, OT and Speech and has grown so much with their support and dedication!
I have been taking my daughter here for a few months now and they have been so wonderful to work with. Olivia is great with my daughter and has taught her so much. It's amazing seeing all the improvements since going to PT. The office staff is always friendly and makes you feel right at home.
I had an amazing experience at Pro Step Therapy! The staff was outstanding and I just love the new office manager.. so personable!
I have had bilateral knee replacement and rotator cuff surgery. I received physical therapy services after each surgery. The therapy made such a difference in my recovery. They were very easy to work with. I would recommend Pro Step Therapy to anyone needing physical therapy.
Didn't have good experience with them for my daughter from them discharging her ot only after 3 months even though she has feeding issues(which i was told by the therapist that she was capable of handling),textures issue, still behind in some fine motor( her new ot saw all of these immediately upon eval) with pt i felt like the therapist really didn't like being around kids would leave early because my daughter would cry.. never really felt they did anything to help her physically progress.. been waiting for a month for my d... read more
I wasn't even able to walk around but now I'm up and moving because of the physical therapist.
Great Friendly Staff..... True Professionals...... Never had any isses adjusting appt times when necessary.......
My oldest son has been seeing Connie for speech for 2 years now. She is great with him and has really helped him with his language and articulation. He loves being able to go out to the farm. It was what actually brought him out of his shell and got him to start wanting to talk. She is great at explaining things to me and giving me things to work on at home. I would recommend her and pro-step to anyone. Great friendly staff.
Olivia is amazing with my son. He was behind developmentally, but after only 2 visits with her, he's doing more stuff that I could have even imagined. You can tell she really takes a interest in her patients, and loves what she does. I would refer her to anybody!
