I would much rather wait while there for an appointment than have a surgeon rush surgery so as to not "inconvenience" me. What a rotten reason to give a one star rating! Having said that, I go there because Dr. Ross is the "shoulder god". Having experienced the aftermath of the work of average surgeons has taught me to seek out the best. And he is tops.
Not sure why they even book appointments...been sitting here for over an hour...
