This clinic truly stands out as one of the best. The level of care is exceptional from start to finish—every team member, from the front desk staff to the providers and even the billing department, is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. The facility is also spotless, which adds to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!
Not impressed with the support staff. Explained my condition in detail, it was relayed to one of their doctors and I was told flat out no. When they relayed back to me what I said, they got it wrong. When I tried to correct their misinformation, the assistant rudely said, "The doctor said no." The doctor should know this assistant is turning away possibly business plus the optics look bad on his reputation.

Pro Sport Gig Harbor Orthopedics was outstanding! I had chronic hip pain and Carmen was highly responsive and able to get me an appointment within one or two days of my calling (while the wait time for another provider would have been over a month). The extended appointment time of 40 minutes ensured that I could get all of my questions answered.
