Canon is by far the best home inspector in the Hill Country. I trust him personally and professionally. He has inspected homes for myself and my clients for the last 6 years and no one I would rather call. He's extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, and a straight shooter. He points out the good, bad, and the ugly without being an alarmist. Canon inspected a 15 year old home in Kerrville for us. He was very thorough. Lots of pictures, detailed explanations.
