I would absolutely recommend Pro Spec Home Inspection. This was my second time using the company, Mark did a very thorough job on both properties. What I most liked was his extensive knowledge on what needed to be repaired, this gave me comfort moving forward with such a large purchase. Trust me, you will not regret using this company!!!
This was my second time using Pro Spec. I had mine in 2010 and this one was for my daughter's house. Mark is always super thorough and informative. Seriously, he doesn't cut corners and will explain everything he sees as you go. I have had the opportunity to work with Pro Spec many times over the years. I have also recommended Pro Spec to a number of friends and they were extremely impressed with the inspection they received. Pro Spec offers expertise that guarantees the best inspection for your home or business!
I paid over $400 to have a home inspection and a radon test. I was happy with the radon test. However, this guy missed a ton of serious issues that cost me thousands of dollars a few months after closing on the house. Sloppy work. Please find another home inspector. You'll be left holding the bag.
