This company is terrible! They are completely incompetent when it comes to logistics, and when THEY mess up an order, they won’t process a refund. They currently owe me close to $300 on materials they incorrectly ordered for my project ever after the materials were returned at Brett Martins request! They came up 15 square yards short on my carpet, and because of that they shut down my remodel project costing me 6 days of work and putting my project behind schedule.
0/5 for reliability. 0/5 for communication. My first order was LOST. With no answers. resolution? I paid more for carpet that was in stock. Promised it would be ready next day. Not only was it not ready. They then cut THE WRONG AMOUNT. Called 11 times trying to get assistance. Couldn’t get a single call back from the sales or from a manager. Customer service, non existent. The sheer size of the selection at ProSource is enough to give it a shot. However, our basement flooded and we were clueless about the process. We had a budget and were helped by Patrick. He was the perfect guy for the job, as he's a designer by trade. He guided us through the best carpet selection for our needs then to the tile for our bathroom. One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. An ordering mistake was made by one of their employees which took almost 5 months to completely resolve. I ordered two bathroom vanities with finished ends and they came in unfinished. The request for finish ends was in multiple emails and on the sales invoice. The employee I worked with left his position in the middle of this and after several weeks of interaction with him to resolve the problem, I had to follow up with their sales manager.
