I had these guys install a new unit at my home a couple years ago as I was sold by the service level and the warranty. Fast forward to last week when a part failed. I mistakenly called the wrong AC company for the repair because two guys had the same first name so in my phone, I thought I was doing the right thing. I only realized when the Tech came out the next day and said this wasn’t a warranty call when I was presented with the invoice. I am extremely happy with Bill at Pro Solutions Air. Bill was able to diagnose and repair our AC unit that 3 other companies said couldn't be fixed. While working on one unit, our other unit went out. Bill had it fixed in no time. He is very professional, explained everything that he found, what needed to be done, and repaired as agreed. He and his crew even vaccuumed up the landing area and stairs when the job was completed. I highly recommend this company for your repairs.
