They did such a piss poor job. Left damage to my ceiling and don’t care to fix it. Don’t use this company. I was stupid enough to use them twice. Neither a/c install was done right.
Pro Solutioms installed my unit 3 years ago and besides performing flawlessly, I have the annual maintenance performed for a very reasonable fee and I’m more than happy with their service and staff. Brandon’s a good guy, knows his stuff and is respectful of property. Give them a shot because they definitely earn the business.
I just realized I completely forgot to leave a review last year when our new A/C unit was installed (sorry, Pro Solutions), so I figured I should now. Our A/C stopped working at the start of July 2023 during record-breaking temperatures. Pro Solutions came out quickly, even though it was the weekend, and diagnosed the issue. Pro Solutions Air isn't your average A/C & heating company. It's a family company that takes care of its employees & it shows as they care for their customers. We have a new system with a 15 year warranty. All parts & labor are included. There is a small annual maintenance fee & a very reasonable service call charge.
